You've just saddened me :( You've got a G5... a Macbook Pro & 2 Apple Monitors. I'm very jelly right now. On a happier note, we both have the same aluminium keybaord ^_^

Btw, where did you get your two Apple Monitors from? I'm looking to buy some, very soon. :P

(It's a MacPro, not a G5 :D)
I picked up the Mac and one of the displays from Apple's refurbished products on their online store. Saved about $1,000 which paid for the second display. Product is no different from anything new I've bought from them, and there's no difference between the new display and the refurb. I spend a lot of time at this desk, and the money I've spent on gear, specifically the displays has been well worth it. I've used cheaper displays and found them really tiring on the eyes after a while.

Ohhh! I thought it was a G5, it looked similar. (I use them in college). Sweet thanks a lot dude! I'm looking for bigger displays, but also something gloss black to keep my theme going, I've only ever found the brushed aluminium displays and they don't appeal to me as much as the black ones you have do. :D

These are aluminum on the back and black glass bezel on the front. Expensive, but well worth it.

Could I just ask, what kind of cables do the displays use to connect? DVI/HDMI?

I just realized I hadn't answered this question. My displays use Mini DisplayPort, but the current version of this display uses Thunderbolt, so you'd need a Thunderbolt capable machine to drive them. You can probably still get the Mini DisplayPort version, either from a dealer who has them in stock, and maybe even new through Apple (I'm not sure if they retired this one with the introduction of the Thunderbolt version). They really are fantastic displays though - expensive, but worth every penny.
